2025 Möbius Boot Camp

Become a Möbius Expert!

The Möbius Boot Camp 2025 is designed for individuals looking to master Möbius usage. Participants range from educators to instructional designers and other professionals involved in creating and delivering Möbius lessons to students.

This all-encompassing program offers self-paced training courses, known as MÖÖCs, and access to expert trainers through interactive virtual sessions.

You’ll work independently to complete the respective MÖÖC units, submit questions, and attend the follow-up session. Each session includes a brief recap of what was covered in the MÖÖC, step-by-step walkthroughs of concepts, and live Q&A. Whether you're transitioning from traditional teaching methods or switching from another digital tool, the Boot Camp caters to all levels of experience.

Summer Boot Camp

Session #1

June 18, 2025, 10am ET

By the end of this session, participants should:
  • Have a better understanding of what Möbius is, and what it can do
  • Be able to access and use the MÖÖC
  • Know how to create a class
  • Have a Sandbox class created
  • Know what section of the MÖÖC to complete before the next session

By the end of this session, participants should:
  • Know how to navigate Möbius (in particular, the Content Repository)
  • Have an activity created using premade material
  • Be able to edit assignments and lessons
  • Know how to navigate the gradebook
  • Know what section of the MÖÖC to complete before the next session

  • Understand how Möbius Algorithms can be authored
  • Create their own algorithmic question

  • Know the basics of how an Interactive Narrative works
  • Have a completed basic Interactive Narrative
